Our goals

In the 21st century, the mainstream of technology development is the interdisciplinary integration, together with the human-centered technology that emphasizes on friendly service for human than the forced adaptation by human. One case in point is the developing technology of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) that integrates transportation systems with control, communications and information technologies. The technical committee on Intelligent Transportation Systems within the IEEE SMC Society is advancing those developments and promotes ITS related technical activities
